All Hat-wigs in stock ship immediately.
All custom Hat-wig orders have a 7-14 business day processing period before shipping. Please allow an additional 7 business days processing time for pre-orders, sales and/or promotions. If you've selected certain specifications for your unit such as a specific hat style, color, or length. IT IS CONSIDERED A CUSTOM UNIT, and an additional 7 business days processing time will be needed. Hat-wig/Wig orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature confirmation and please allow 2-3 business days for the order to arrive to you.
Please make sure your name and address is verified. Any unverified names and addresses on orders will be contacted for correction, if not corrected will be automatically refunded and your order will be cancelled.
If you make a purchase during a sale, promotion or holiday, please allow additional processing time.
We are NOT responsible to any lost, stolen, misplaced packages. Once the item is shipped out and sent to the post office, it is COMPLETELY out of our hands and everything is done on our part. Please contact your local post office.
**Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order within 24 hours and receive a refund. AFTER 24 hours your order will be in the processing period and refunds will not be offered.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/OR EXCHANGES AFTER YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.
Under any special circumstances where there is a discrepancy with your order please contact us and we will happily correct your order.
